JOB DESCRIPTION

The successful applicant will work as part of one of our Product Development Teams in the domain of Transport Management on our Point of Delivery product.

This is a highly collaborative and supportive environment. The team work alongside a Product Owner, Product Architects and a Quality Assurance (QA) to ensure what is delivered meets client requirements. The team workload is driven by Dev-ops boards and we work using Agile software development methodologies.

The successful applicant will:

• Code user stories for the next releases of our software.
• Join and contribute to daily & bi-weekly scrum meetings and user story refinement sessions

This is a challenging role but it is also highly fulfilling - no two days are ever the same.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

MUST HAVE CRITERIA

A proven track record of developing green-field mobile solutions in React Native for deployment on Android and IOS:

• Redux Saga
• Typescript
• EScript Syntax with Javascript
• SQLite offline data handling experience
• Multi Threading
• Native iOS and Android specific code development in React Native
• GPS and Location based experience
• Native Java \xe2\x80\x93 Must have

ADITIONAL CRITERIA

Skill in the following additional technologies would be highly beneficial:

• UI knowledge with flexbox
• Swift
• Native spring
• Knowledge of app distribution with iOS app store and google play store
• YAML pipeline development for publishing the mobile app
