Business Unit Overview: Risk & Capital Technology (RCT) provides support for risk management initiatives within firm and its effective and mature governance process. RCT India team is responsible for defining the technology strategy plan in partnership with Risk Business, its governance, accountability, and keeping an oversight on risk programs. RCT is structured in business aligned verticals namely Credit Risk, Market Risk and Operational Risk and horizontals namely Data, Shared, Reporting and Analytics, which allow for managing the direction of deliveries. Tech /BE) Requisition No. 4528 Role & Responsibilities: Development work in Market Risk team within the Risk Engines Group It need to be individual contributor Need to work closely with region Strong hands-on in Python. Must have good hands on in Core python, Pandas, Numpy, data analytics. Knowledge on Python based UI framework is good to have. The person should have a Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in engineering/scientific/quantitative field and should have track-record in software design and development. Mind Set: Mandatory Desirable Technical 4 to 8 years of hands-on experience in Python, pandas, numpy, Rest services Python 3.5 and above Comfortable on Linux/Unix platform Experience building enterprise applications, ETL data layer, and UI using Python Development experience in Python, SQL and optionally mapR DB Exposure on AWS Cloud. Strong written and verbal communication skills Multi-tasking and team player Excellent communication and team skills Worked on Distributed computing platform. Exposure to AWS Experience in building and managing containerized applications - preferably with Docker Working knowledge of disaster recovery strategies and implementation Domain Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks in a demanding changing environment as needed.
