Job Description
The role is responsible for spearheading the design team for the client with the key focus area on IoT-based systems.
Reporting to the Head of Design the major roles and responsibilities include
- Developing the digital mechanical product line as per the road map
- Developing, executing & owning the product development road map E2E (concept to commercialization) within budgeted efforts, timelines & cost
- Managing and developing stakeholder and partner ecosystems for the digital mechanical products line
- Coordinating & collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders such as Marketing, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, Quality etc.
- Maintaining compliance with Statutory and company-wide policies and initiatives
- An ideal candidate is an electrical or electronics engineer with at least 15 years of experience in hardware product design. They must have worked on an IoT platform focusing on product design and connectivity. They should have worked in the home automation or industrial automation industry. They must have experience in managing automation projects end to end. They should possess clear concise communication skills.
