Group Company ACG CAPSULES DAHANU Primary Responsibilities Strategic Planning Activities: Core Higher secondary education OR Bachelor\'s degree from an accredited university or college and EHS technical qualification through a government approved institute as per State regulation, Preferably ADIS (Advance Diploma in Industrial Safety), environmental qualification is added advantage. Lead/Internal Auditor for ISO 14001 :2015 and ISO 45001:2018 Experience: - preferably 10 years as EHS officer, Industry: Operation and project, preferably from the Pharmaceutical Targeted Organizations: --- Key Customers Served Internal: All associates External: Government Authority, regulatory authority, neighboring locality ,Certifying agencies Level-Specific Accountabilities Responsible for organizing accident prevention programs, Safety Orientation Preparation of OHS and environmental risk prevention plans with the objective of reducing the incidence of work accidents and environment incidents Ensuring the physical integrity and well-being of employees through hazard and near miss reporting system and its effective closure Ensure and comply with the legislation on Environment Health and Safety, identifying and treating risks to employees\' activities, being technically responsible for guidance on compliance with regulatory standards, through campaigns, lectures, meetings, training, and other didactic resources, disseminating the norms of occupational health and safety, technical and administrative matters. Should be familiar with ISO 14001 EMS systems, ISO 45001 OHS management system and its procedures/requirements. Knowledge of MPCB rules, factories act, Environment monitoring, Waste management, hazardous process monitoring To collect data on the situation and to help in the correction of irregularities of the Work Safety through audits,/inspections. Sending periodic reports to the management. To register and analyze all the incidents and accidents, fill out documents for sending to the security and occupational Health Dept secretariat. Prevent work with imminent risks by communicating to the Management. Help, and direct hazmat, rescue, and firefighting operations in the event of an emergency. Plan conducted, analyze, and implement, emergency response drills. Conduct EHS Training to all levels of associates in order to incident-free operation. Organized EHS related motivational programs /event and ensure active participation at from all levels Plan and conduct safety committee meetings and ensure active involvement management, workers and contracts Conduct audit /inspection of ongoing contraction/fabrication activity and ensure safety compliance Scope Of Decision Making Works under managerial direction from the level above / central EHS dept, on the Safety, Health and Environment protection. Takes decisions at work place on prevent incident, accident and in emergencies to prevent human, property and environment loss.
