Anthology is seeking a s killed and experienced Senior Content Developer to be responsible for creating user content and product documentation based on requirement specifications. This person will d eliver quality content for customers on schedule that adheres to established processes and standards , w ork with Product Managers, Scrum Teams, and UX Teams on UI-related tasks, including UI reviews , and p eriodically take responsibility for a Content Development initiative and follow through . Primary Responsibilities Will Include Research ing , writ ing , edit ing , and proof-read ing content for documentation deliverables Apply ing the relevant templates, styles guidelines, and standards to ensure uniformity of content Follow ing established processes and us ing any tools needed for the job Be ing an active participant in Content Development Team design and training sessions Be ing an active participant in multiple development Sprint Teams Attend ing demonstrations, grooming sessions, and sprint planning sessions to absorb the necessary information to ensure that technically correct content can be created with a minimum amount of further discussion with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) The Candidate Required skills/qualifications: Bachelor\'s degree in computer science, computer engineering, or similar technical discipline or equivalent demonstrable experience At least 7 years of relevant experience Excellent technical writing and grammar skills Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task Ability to analyze and organize information from multiple sources Ability to recognize patterns and translate those patterns into content that teaches customers how to use products Experience creating a wide range of documents (such as installation guides, configuration guides, user guides, quick start references, and context-sensitive help systems) Experience designing the documentation set to support products based on audience Experience with Madcap Flare and Madcap product suite Experience setting up projects and configuring other resources for documents in Flare Experience with HTML code and CSS stylesheets Familiarity with Microsoft Azure DevOps Services and Git source control Experience mentoring less experienced team members Excellent oral and written communication skills Attention to detail Strong team player and i nterpersonal skills Takes accountability and is self-motivated This job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required.
