About the Role Virtual Design Lead will work on all phases of the project execution lifecycle, from project release through design and construction. As a VDC lead you will also be involved in projects that span multiple disciplines - including Architecture, Project Management, Interior Design, Construction and Design Standards. Roles and Responsibilities Create technology evaluations and future technology adoption that aligns with the corporate goals. Report on the company\'s current project state in regards to BIM Implementation. Responsible for VDC/BIM standards development, implementation with a focus on quality control and clash detection. Responsible for validating Company, AOR, EOR, Consultant models according to the Building Execution Planning for the region. Creation and maintenance of Templates. Automate routines in BIM to support standards and productivity. Oversee the activities on the projects BIM Models to ensure BIM standards are maintained in the creation of the Architectural Revit Model Advise on company content files (Source Files, Detail Components, Annotation Components, and Model Components) with a focus on Quality Control and Clash and Coordination. Support project standards coordination with users. Assist architecture teams in BIM project setup. Assist standards team in Creating Revit families in response to project needs. Help resolve BIM design Issues. Education and Desired Qualifications: B-Arch with 3-5 years of experience working on Revit and CDE. Proficient with Revit families and library management. Proficient in the use of Autodesk Navisworks Manage. Proficient in the use of BIM360 Environment. Proficient in the use of Dynamo or Grasshopper scripting tools. Excellent English communication and presentation skills. Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and solve problems.
