What you will be doing:
Person will be responsible for administration of all non-statutory employee benefits programs/activities like Group Health Insurance (GHMI), Personal Accident Insurance (GPA), Term Life Insurance (GTLI), Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Employee Wellness Programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Virgin Pulse, Darwin Benefits Portal, Sodexo Meal Card including Invoicing & Payments and Collaboration with vendor to implement SOWs/SOPs. Oversee & ensure all deadlines for BAU activities as per calendar are met on time. Engages in planning, communication, training to people partners & collaboration to seamlessly deploy all employee benefit programs in all FIS India locations

  • Administer Group Health & Mediclaim Policy for all FIS India entities in coordination with insurance broker/third party administrators/insurance co.’s
  • Administer Annual and Half Yearly Flexi Benefits Plan (FBP) & Insurance enrolment/selection windows through Darwin Portal and manage Company Car Scheme (CCS) administration
  • Administer Group Personal Accident & Term Life Policies for all FIS India entities
  • Administer National Pension Scheme (NPS) for all FIS India entities in coordination with POP & People Directs/Partners
  • Administer Employee Wellness Sessions, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) & Virgin Pulse challenges in coordination with wellness vendor and People Office SPOCs for all FIS India entities
  • Manage and ensure all benefits Endorsements/records/documents/MIS/Trackers are always audit ready
  • Organize weekly/monthly/quarterly review meetings with stakeholders to ensure deployment of SLA/MOU parameters of employee benefits programs/policies
  • Oversee and manage Third Party Administrators/Insurers/Insurance Broker to ensure monthly Medi-claim submission through helpdesk, claim settlement & payments and resolve employee issues/queries/escalations as per policy MOU & SLA
  • Ensure monthly data for enrollment of employees under various insurance policies are shared with the Insurance Broker/TPA as per calendar.
  • Manage Monthly/YTD/Mater data towards timely invoicing & payment of insurance premium to insurers
  • Manage receipt of all premium/policy endorsements in collaboration of Insurance Broker/ Insurers
  • Oversee & collaborate with Finance team for timely remittance & payment of premium to insurers as per calendar/invoices raised by vendors
  • Assist Benefits Head in collaborating with all stakeholder (internal/external) which includes Insurance Broker, third party Administrator, Insurance Co.’s, etc., on regular basis to ensure policy related requirements are achieved as per defined SLA/MOU/Policy agreements
  • Assist Benefits head in communicating with all stakeholders on regular basis to improve service quality and to ensure timely deliverables
  • Assist Benefits head in revisiting/reviewing process improvement measures through creativity/ innovation
  • Assist Benefits head in Insurance policy renewals in collaboration with official broker & consultant Marsh India (MMB)
  • Provide training to People Office Team members/employees across FIS locations on Employee Benefits Policies & guidelines for smooth implementation of all polices and processes
  • Assist Benefits head in preparation of all benefits communication/PPTs/Benefits manual/Policies/Processes/ SOWs/SOPs/Contracts/Agreements and it’s timely updation/uploaded into various FIS portals & its timely broadcast to all employees
What you bring:
  • 6+ years in a good knowledge of Employee Benefits tools/programs/functions/administration
  • Must have spent at least 3 years in assisting Benefits leader or Supervising/managing Employee Benefits administration of a company with over 4500 or more headcount
  • MBA HR/Postgraduate in Human Resources Management from a reputed institute/college /university (full time course). OR Bachelor's degree in human resources or business administration or the equivalent combination of education & training
  • Good communication, interpersonal & negotiations skills
  • Can collaborate with multiple stakeholders/teams within FIS and externally with vendors/suppliers/broker’s.
  • Good analytical skills with an eye for details to filter out critical information.
  • Candidate must have hands on decision making & problem-solving abilities who can deal with both internal/external stakeholder with tact & diplomacy.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations, manage multiple deadlines, work on moderate to complex projects.
  • Hands on knowledge of MS Office (Word, PowerPoint & Excel spreadsheet) is a must have competency desired for the candidate.
