What you will be doing: Person will be responsible for administration of all non-statutory employee benefits programs/activities like Group Health Insurance (GHMI), Personal Accident Insurance (GPA), Term Life Insurance (GTLI), Deposit Linked Insurance (EDLI), National Pension Scheme (NPS), Employee Wellness Programs, Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Virgin Pulse, Darwin Benefits Portal, Sodexo Meal Card including Invoicing & Payments and Collaboration with vendor to implement SOWs/SOPs. Oversee & ensure all deadlines for BAU activities as per calendar are met on time. Engages in planning, communication, training to people partners & collaboration to seamlessly deploy all employee benefit programs in all FIS India locations
