This job opening is for a Lead Bartender role in Kolkata, India. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Lead Bartender. The Lead Bartender will be responsible for managing the bar and overseeing the bartending staff. The Lead Bartender will also be responsible for creating and serving beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and handling cash transactions. Qualifications Customer service and communication skills Food and Beverage knowledge Cash handling and bartending skills Leadership and team management experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies Bachelor\'s degree in hospitality management or related field is a plus
