Job Description


Drive Safety & Integrity behavior (Including ethics and compliance) across the ATM Service team. Be a role model and communicate to them and ensure better compliance Make State leads & ASM accountable for better compliance and zero accidents Business & Financial Goals: Deliver on financial metrics: Growth, Revenue, OPEX & working capital Timely submission of invoices and collection of payments to meet the DSO target Accountable for ensuring the Activities from Project Initiation (post tender win) to Project Execution & collection of accounts receivables Coordinate with Cross Functional Team such as Product Management, Engineering, Sourcing, Procurement, Operations, Reliability to deliver Quality, Delivery & Cost targets for assigned projects to be a focal point of contact and to ensure all relevant policies and procedures are adhered to Project closure in terms of getting SAT (Site acceptance test) completed; on successful SAT completion moving the sites to AMC Customer Satisfaction & Relationship management: Build a healthy rapport with the customers (Act as single point of contact for all ATM service & project related communication (internal & external)) Deliver on Customer complaint call closure SLA s and KPI s Track performance via monthly tracker and Daily Management Manage key customer level strategically by regular visiting in state and divisional level Propose initiatives and drive improvements to resolve issues People Management: Nurture and sustain new organization structure Responsible to develop zonal heads & state automation leads for continues succession pipeline Continuous improvement in employee engagement Manage Off Role Field Staff through regular engagement Education & Experience: Total Experience in years: 12 - 16 years (at least 5 years in Service Domain & Project management, Background as Engineer) Graduation/ Degree: Bachelors in engineering (preferably Instrumentation, electronics, electrical, ECE, Computer Science) Post-Graduation/ PGDM: NA Mandatory Certifications Required: NA Other preferred courses/ certifications: PMP Background & Skills: Knowledge with Microsoft Business Software (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project 2010) Strong Communication skills - both verbal and written, ability to correspond between multiple Gilbarco Locations & facilities. Self -Starter Demonstrated ability to plan, lead, and execute technical development projects with cross-functional teams. Understanding of Finance - P&L Good Negotiation skills Project management in automation
