The Lead Automation Platform Engineer is responsible in providing expertise and leadership in the enhancement, governance, compliance and maintenance of Kenvues Intelligent Process Automation technology offering. This role will be a key contributor in the value proposition beyond RPA through leverage of adjacent capabilities such as Machine Learning, Generative AI, Communications Mining, Intelligent Document Processing, Natural Language Processing, Process Mining, Task Mining, etc.

Key Responsibilities

• critical point of contact for IT to IT delivery & support team, connecting various IT teams to achieve objectives (local, regional and global)
• Manage the Platform team\'s capacity and resource allocations based on priorities and task complexity
• Train and mentor team members on platform technologies, emerging trends, and career planning
• Platform Support & Governance
• Overall Accountability for Intelligent Automation Platforms: software & OS upgrades, interfaces, server infrastructure, run-time environments, performance, back-up strategy
• Continuously evolves governance model, adapting to increasing complexity and change
• Responsible for providing standards & ensuring compliance across the Product Teams in automation delivery: Change Management Processes, Design & Coding Standards, RPA BOT Traceability
• Accountable for Access Management of the Intelligent Automation tools, ensuring appropriate segregation of duties and environments
• BOT Capacity & License Management inclusive of vendor engagement and procurement as needed for incremental needs
• Ownership of the Kenvues Intelligent Automation Technology roadmap
• Build & maintain relationships across software vendors, keeping up to date on emerging trends & capabilities in IA
• Deploy best in-class tools to augment our Intelligent Automation technology ecosystem and increase the value proposition
• Enhance existing tools as upgrades & extensions become available and where applicable
• Lead & support platform expansions into new markets globally
• Ongoing learning of relevant market technologies and seeks opportunities to integrate with business needs ie.
• Leverage networks across Kenvue regions to adopt and/or influence enterprise processes and capabilities
• Preparing and facilitating training sessions and/or demos of new capabilities and technologies

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experiences with a Bachelor\'s degree in Computer or Software Engineering; or 7 years and a Master degree in Computer or Software Engineering;
• At least 3-5 years of experience in intelligent automation, with a proven track record of leading technical teams and partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver automation solutions
• 3 years of related experience augmenting RPA with ML, AI, DPA, Process Mining, Chatbots and other related capabilities
• Experience with delivering automation solutions using UiPath (preferred), Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, VBA, MS Power (preferred), Python/R
• Certified RPA Architect in UiPath or Blue Prism
• Experience deploying Cognitive and AI Solutions (OCR & IDP, Chatbots & Communications Mining)
• Experience deploying Machine Learning models withing automation solutions
• Demonstrable experience building automation solutions across a variety of functional areas and integrating within diverse technology stacks (Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, HR, Finance, Communications, Legal, Technology Services etc.)
• Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong MS Office capabilities (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, MS Teams)

Desired Qualifications

• Conversant with Machine Learning and AI fundamentals
• Experience with unstructured data processing and real-time data pipelines
• Preferably from Retail or CPG industry
