Significant experience in deploying best practices for Process Excellence, RPA and Automation within a mid - large organization. 8 years of software development background 8 years of automation testing experience of N-tier applications 7 years of experience with SDLC or Agile Scrum 5 years experience in Selenium UI and Webservices automation using Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid / JAVA / Python, TestNG ANT / MAVEN Hands-on Experience with Appium or any Native mobile apps testing tool - Android iOS Automation Testing - Selenium WebDriver / Java, C# Should be able to identify and categorize reusability of a module and should be able to develop such modules. Should be able to identify the automation candidates for regression suite from the test cases. Working Knowledge of frameworks, types and functioning Understand the different types of mobile apps (native, Hybrid, web) and also different devices (iPhone, Android) from user perspective. Sound knowledge of databases and basic queries Good oral and written communication skills Ability to facilitate discussions and drive decision making Good with excel sheets and formulas Work independently while seeking guidance and information as needed from appropriate personnel. Should be able to analysis and write manual test cases. Should be able to work and deliver in tight timelines. Tracks quality assurance metrics such as defects, defect counts, test results and test status. Coordinate testing effort with other team members and communicate adequately to the team about the test data needs.
