Cvent is looking for Lead Analyst, Product Analytics. This is an excellent opportunity for any web or product analyst who wants to take his/her analytical knowledge and experience to the next level. Work with the largest event management software company in the world. This is a fast-paced, timeline driven, and demanding role that requires a self-starter with excellent motivation and attention to detail. The successful candidate will also exhibit a desire and ability to learn Cvent\'s products and internal systems. In This Role, you will: Be a Subject Matter Expert (SME)/Functional Consultant on Web and Product analytics Collaborate around implementing/ Instrumentation of Adobe Analytics & Pendo for new sections/micro-sites/websites and product-site resources. Also, rolling Adobe Launch as part of global tag management process especially around Marketing webpages and core Product enhancement and technology integration. Working with the product team to craft the right product usage funnels and loops and give them insights about drop-offs in these user journeys. Define and track relevant conversion metrics for inbound & outbound campaigns, also analyzing the impact of product/feature launches and product marketing campaigns on overall product usage Own analytical problem-solving and deep dives with Product/Engineering/UX Be the trusted partner to Product and Engineering team to help them drive product strategy and product decisions using data-driven insights. Create and execute analytics frameworks to dissect abstract business, product, growth and retention problems. Obsess about data accuracy, working with the tech team to ensure all events are mapped right and accurate data is flowing into reports and dashboards as this would be the basis for you to build your recommendations. Support and drive maintenance and data integrations across key systems, including Mixpanel, Pendo, Adobe Analytics. Good technical understanding for Product Analytics tools and Adobe Analytics. Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to all requests. Identify and escalate bugs to the Team and help complete Product Configuration (Feature Activation / Deactivation) Collaborate with Product team to understand their business requirements and articulate those into measurable KPIs. Also, streamline ad spend and improve media acquisition strategies using data uncovered in regular dashboards and ad hoc reporting. Effective project management of complex analytics projects and builds, including adequate resourcing, adherence to timelines and budgets, and quality of final deliverables Leading the communication and presentation of projects to stakeholders Provide guidance to junior staff on day-to-day analytics execution Create dashboards that track KPIs for all Marketing and Product performance and help drive meaningful insights for Executive Team and other stakeholders. Keep abreast of Digital trends to introduce new tools & evaluation metrics and refine continuous improvement process Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Product Management/Specialists, Sales, & Engineering teams to drive customer communications, product feedback, feature requests, and technical issue resolution to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction. Here\'s What You Need: 6+ Years of Digital & Product Analytics experience with preference to knowledge of web and product data analysis tools (Adobe Analytics, Pendo, Mixpanel, etc.) Significant experience interfacing and communicating with senior leadership and peers with the ability to present ideas and strategic recommendations in a powerful and compelling way Innovative and creative, with a logical and methodical approach to problem solving Knowledge of Adobe Launch with key focus around Tag implementation specific to Product and Martech integration Construct presentations with complex analytical findings, and deliver a finished product that\'s clear, concise, \'digestible\' and focused on the key drivers for Senior Leadership Strong time management, marketing, and communication planning skills Understanding of statistical analysis, modeling and programming would be an added advantage.
