Role purpose



To support business decisions of the sales, marketing and CRM functions by ensuring actionable and accurate business reporting, while providing analytics which enable the teams to manage and drive performance. Be a catalyst in processes and report automation using platforms like Qlik, Python or RPA.





Key accountabilities



  • Supporting ad-hoc tasks within Sales Reporting and Analytics function.
  • Provide sales, marketing and CRM teams with appropriate reporting / analytics to enable them to manage their business on a day to day basis and drive improvements in performance
  • Design effective models for ad-hoc analysis and providing simplified/meaningful reporting.
  • Propose improvement initiatives based on analysis provided
  • Support new GTM Segmentation and its implementation
  • Support critical projects to help business decision making
  • Maintain a regular housekeeping process to ensure our reporting is timely updated and generally in constant control
  • Ensure data accuracy within the Qlik Dashboards tool and subsequent reporting of key metrics, OKRs and KPIs
  • Working closely with other areas in sales, marketing and CRM to ensure that data insights to businesses are insightful and consistent
  • Support marketing and sales initiatives, such as vertical campaigns, TML generations and Buzz days/weeks, etc. and measurement of effectiveness of various campaigns
  • Ad-hoc request and pro-activeness of intents
  • Communication & Co-ordination with various teams within COLT
  • Participate/engage in weekly/Monthly meetings

Role specific requirements



Skills & Experience

  • Ability to perform and prioritise multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work with individuals of different nationalities, backgrounds and levels within the organisation
  • Good levels of written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated proactive approaches to problem-solving with strong decision-making capability
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast paced and ever-changing environment where there is often uncertainty demonstrating flexibility to work after hours if required
  • Forward looking thinker, who actively seeks opportunities and proposes solutions
  • Understanding of how customer data is structured in the systems
  • Understanding of data segmentation and reporting within a CRM and Visualization tool (Qlik preferred)
  • Good analytical skills and ability to provide actionable insights from data
  • Advanced in Microsoft Excel
  • Solid understanding of the sales lifecycle




Qualifications

  • Degree level
  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics domain (preferred)
  • Experience of a sales organisation and sales processes
