Job description: Lead Analyst will be responsible for all the activities relate to Legal Entity financial reporting, including: Daily Balance sheet preparation and performing movement checks Monthly financial statement preparation, review and providing quality commentary Quarterly Board pack preparation and presentation Year-end financial statement preparation along with Year on Year (YoY) variance analysis and preparation of commentary Quickly understand the reporting changes in the process and implement Bring value addition to the process (process simplification, process improvements etc.) Support in auditing, presentations and others as requested. Candidate must be detail-oriented with knowledge of General Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). Financial statement preparation, variance analysis and preparing commentary. Ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized, concise manner. Experience in Legal Entity Controller Reporting. Candidate must be able to work independently and have the ability to interact with team members, management, onshore clients and regulators. IFRS exposure. Good in Analytical Skills. Working knowledge in MS Excel functions and Power Point Presentation (PPT). Decent communication (Verbal and Written). Chartered Accountant(CA) with 2-4 years of experience PG (MBA-Finance) / B.
