LEAD- Algorithm Developer

:

The team is looking for LEAD - Algorithm Developer with solid background in COMPUTER VISION/IMAGE PROCESSING, MACHINE LEARNING and DEEP LEARNING. The Role is expected to work both as mentoring the Juniors and also contribute individually. The Lead should have experience working on large scale Machine learning/deep learning projects with large scale of data. He/she should have sound understanding of feature engineering, model selection, training, validation and test metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Lead multiple large scale high-impact projects in Healthcare domain.
• Provide inputs to team members in designing experiments to solve problem.
• Utilize the full power of multiple GPUs and CPU cores to train and test in the minimum time possible on servers
• Build, Train and Test Multiple machine learning models along with the team.
• Explore Research papers in HEALTHCARE domain and extracting/implementing the ideas in the area of Computer Vision/Machine learning.
• Educate peers/team on ML best practices.
• Expand the use of ML within the organization

Job requirements:

• Strong programming skills in PYTHON(mandatory) and experience of Ski-Learn/NumPy libraries. (C++ is add on)
• Good experience in Image processing/Computer vision.
• Strong experience of Deep Learning frameworks - TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch.
• End to End CNN Model Customization and training experience. Eg- ResNets, masked-RCNN, UNet etc.
• Minimum 5 + Years of Total experience with 3+ Years in Deep Learning.
• 2+ Years of experience in leading team and cross department functional experience.
• Minimum qualification B.E/B.Tech. in Computer science/Electronics or equivalent stream.

Good to have(not mandatory):

• Experience in Kaggle or any online data science competitions
• Experience with AWS/Azure or any other cloud-based ML platform to deploy model in Cloud.

About the team and Objective:

We are focusing in the domain of life sciences for clinical and research markets. We are developing hardware and software for various application in oncology. Our focused effort in developing this vertical requires collection and processing of humongous amounts of medical images. We are developing end to end framework to build a product which would assist pathologist in diagnosis.
