Job Purpose
"This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd." To create & ensure Safe & Secure environment in the organization for Employees, Assets & Visitors by implementing Security Policies & Procedures and Safety norms. To ensure that the function adds value & gives competitive edge to the organization by reducing hurdles in the organizational objectives from Safety & Security stand point.


Job Duties & Key Responsibilities
* Duties and Responsibilities - PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES (Accountabilities associated with the job) 1) Operations a) Physical Security I. Ensure deployment of security guards in branches for required numbers & duration. II. Ensure deployment of Armed Guards during Gold loan auction in branches on requirement basis. III. Provision of Cash van & Armed Guards during branch shifting. IV. Ensuring smooth access system for Vendors & Visitors in offices & branches. V. Ensuring deployment of Traffic wardens. b) E-Security I. Ensure CCTV systems are operational in all branches & offices. II. Ensure Intruder Alarm Systems are operational across branches. III. Ensure Access Control Setup (Face ID system) is operational. IV. Ensure smooth functioning of Visitor Management software & system across branches. V. Ensure adherence of TAT by the vendor. VI. Ensure compliant resolution by the vendor. c) Safety I. Ensure required number of Fire Extinguisher system deployed in offices & branches. (Fire panels / hooters / sensors) II. Ensure Fire Marshal training & mock drills are conducted as per statue. III. Issue Safety advisory & bulletins on occurrence of crisis situation impacting branch operations. IV. Ensure coordination of CERT core team for crisis updates & decision. (Centralized Emergency Response Team) V. Ensure CESD is operational & proper support extended to employees during branch crisis. (Centralized Emergency Support Desk) 2) Administrative I. Conduct of new vendor contract process & renewals. (RFP process) II. Timely Renewal of vendor AMC contracts. III. Conduct of quarterly & monthly Vendor statutory compliance & audits. IV. Acquisition of vendor BOQ for new requirement review & processing for PO. V. Alignment of vendor for system upgradation & replacement. VI. Ensure timely conduct of quarterly PPMs & monthly reviews VII. Ensure periodic training of SGs and reviews. 3) Financial I. Budgeting and projecting safety & security expenditures. II. Tracking safety & security expenditures III. Ensure vendor Invoice scrutiny processing & payment cycle. IV. Ensure Vendor contracts & AMC cost negotiation at par with market standards. V. Ensure Advance payments & adjustments in invoice cycle. 4) Documentation I. SOP formation. II. Policy enhancement & updates. III. Monthly decks 5) Coordination I. External stakeholder's (vendors / building owners / System integrators) coordination to cater operational requirement. II. Internal stakeholder's (branch SPOCs / admin reps / business verticals) coordination for smooth running of equipment & operation. III. Government agencies (law enforcement / Security Guard board / labour department) coordination for routine functionality.

Manual dependency for inputs. 3. Vendor dependency for operations. 4. PO processing TAT. 5. Financial payment delay & hassles. 6. Internal stakeholder's coordination & delayed response. 7. Lackadaisical approach. 5. DECISIONS (Key decisions taken by job holder at his/her end) 1. E-security System Migration. 2. Additional Vendor onboarding to address rapid scaling. 3. Deployment of Armed guards & Cash van. 4. Safety advisories during crisis situations. 5. Coordination with CERT core team members 6. INTERACTIONS (Key working relationships a job holder needs to have INSIDE and OUTSIDE the company to accomplish the job) Internal Clients Roles you need to interact with inside the organization to enable success in your day to day work . Coordination with branch SPOCs & admin reps for routine security operations and safety measures. . Coordination with business vertical to understand security requirement. . Coordination with CERT core verticals. . Coordination with Finance & purchase for payment & PO process. . Coordination with compliance team for vendor statutory audit & compliance. External Clients Roles you need to interact with outside the organization to enable success in your day to day work . Coordination with Law enforcement agencies. . Coordination Vendor partners & service providers for installation R&M activity software related & contract. . Coordination with Government bodies like SGB (Security Guard Board) . Coordination with premises owners. (in case of leased / multi tenanted properties)

Required Qualifications and Experience
* SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE (Minimum acceptable proficiency for this job which best indicates the education and/or experience requirements of this job and not the incumbent) Educational Qualifications a) Qualifications . Graduate in any discipline. . Professional qualification. (CPP, PSP, CFE) b) Work Experience . Min 10 yrs of Armed Forces / Police / Paramilitary background with 04-05 yrs of corporate exposure. or . 15 yrs of experience in Security profession. c) Skills . Security setup design & security manpower planning. . Security Risk assessment. . Understanding of PSARA act & regulation. . Understanding of NBC fire norms. . Understanding of SGB (Security Guard Board) and other labour laws. . Understanding of E-security structure & setups. . Liaison with Government & Law enforcement agencies. . Vendor compliance requirement
