Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to . Manage the execution of regional / global strategies for own part of the organization & manage and ensure the development of a team of experienced FRA professionals. . Manage the budgeting process for the area of responsibility. Manage the country internal financial controls ensures appropriate compliance and usage by performing regular compliance tests and audits. . Provide timely statutory and country reporting information to internal and external stakeholders, including regional finance officers. . Ensure the integrity, viability and interoperability of country financial reporting processes and systems, including tax, inventory, corporate-control, payment and purchasing data. . Manage the implementation of risk management processes and ensure existence and use of adequate risk management tools.Manage tax, compliance and audit reporting processes, provide analysis of financial information (monthly, quarterly and annual data) and ensure provision of necessary data to internal and external authorities. . Manage the correct and timely implementation of financial control processes and policies and ensure adherence thereof. Reporting of technical complaints / adverse events / special case scenarios related to . Partner with the Business functions (mostly FRA) in the area of responsibility and support execution of digital requirements and process standardization within the business process. . Support identification of Key Risk Areas within the business processes and leverage technology advancements (e.g. Data mining, AI/ML etc.) to design rules / exception-based reports analytics to support Continuous Controls monitoring, resulting in timely remediation, sustained compliance, operational effectiveness and greater transparency Diversity & Inclusion / EEO Minimum Requirements WHAT YOU\'LL BRING TO THE ROLE: . University degree in Finance or related field, Advanced degree in business, finance, or economics preferred . At least 10 years experience with Financial and Internal controls in country and global roles, collaborating across teams, managing complexity and leading change . Strong analytical and decisionmaking abilities, capable to understand situations, interdependencies and challenges in a holistic way . Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment. Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities . Proactive, result orientated and with a strong customer centric attitude . Leverages business understanding and its requirements in the design of the Transformation Program agreed end states/outcomes .
