Job Description
We need to onboard a BA in our programme. Kindly share some profiles according to below JD immediately so that we can schedule the interview next week. 1. Plan and lead UAT activities with other BAs and business users 2. Together with the Tech and Operational Lead, drive the Deployment process with responsibility for: - Provide update documentation and training material for the defined stakeholders, i.e.: a) content providers: Owner of User guide. Secure User guide is updated and published in relevant channels (Sharepoint) when new deployments are done. Provide training as appropriate b) end-users: Update product pages (Sharepoint) with new material as appropriate - Provide release note (user oriented), explaining new functionality etc a nd publish in all channels 3. Participate in user-oriented support forums (Yammer channels) together with business to provide support to end-users and content providers and liaise into the DevOps team 4. Liaise with PO BO to define user requirements and translate into well described Features based on SmartOffice OKRs and strategy 5. Participate and lead UAT activities 6. 4-6 years of industry experience .
