Key Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various contracts related to transportation, logistics
Ensuring the company complies with relevant laws and regulations, including transportation laws, customs regulations, and employment laws.
Handling litigation, arbitration, and other forms of dispute resolution related to logistics and transportation activities.
Advising on and managing Corporate Legal cases, Insurance, Accidental and handle the matters related to police stations.
Identifying and mitigating legal risks associated with the company's operations, including those related to contracts, compliance, and disputes.
Providing legal guidance to management and business teams on various legal issues impacting the company.
Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders, external legal advisors, and relevant authorities.

Specifications:
Experience: 2 to 5 yrs prior experience in a law firm or as in-house counsel, particularly in transportation and logistics law, is highly desirable.
Location Raipur, Corporate Office
CTC: 25K to 40K
