of- Lawyer Role - Legal post Experience - 5 to 8 years Language \xe2\x80\x93 English, Marathi & Hindi (Marathi typing will be added advantage) : -

• Property laws: - Drafting in respect of property laws i.e. sale deed, agreement for sale, POA, consent deed, lease agreement, leave and license agreement, maintain the land data and update the revenue records as per procedure; Should have the knowledge of the revenue records and proceedings of the same.
• Litigation \xe2\x80\x93 drafting \xe2\x80\x93 suits, notices, reply, plaint, reply, written statement, application, criminal complaint, statement, affidavit, evidence etc.
• Experience of civil proceedings as well as criminal proceedings, appeared before civil court, criminal court, consumer court, revenue court, local authorities etc.
• Knowledge of stamp duty and registration of the documents;
• Commercial \xe2\x80\x93 drafting of Contract, agreement, security agreement, housekeeping agreement, finalise the sale policy, seller\xe2\x80\x99s agreement, terms and condition of sale etc., Bond, labour contract etc.
• Have the knowledge of labour laws, compensation act and relating provision of labour;
• Sufficient knowledge of the Maharashtra land Revenue Code and Maharashtra Land celling act;
• Should have the experience of the Companies Act and Limited Liability Partnership Act and required documents for change patterns;
• Should ready for travel Maharashtra &India as per court matter\xe2\x80\x99s requirement;
• Provide clarification on legal language or specifications to everyone in the organization;
• Conduct your work with integrity and responsibility
• Maintain current knowledge of alterations in legislation
• Communicate with external parties (Advocates, regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.), creating relations of trust.
