Hours: Minimum 3-4 hours at office per day Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in civil and criminal cases before the District Court of Nagpur.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to prepare cases and provide accurate legal advice.
- Draft legal documents including petitions, complaints, affidavits, agreements, and contracts.
- Handle documentation for notary services, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and other parties involved in legal proceedings.
- Attend court hearings, trials, and mediation sessions on behalf of clients.
- Prepare and file summons, warrants, and other legal documents with relevant authorities.
- Advise clients on matters related to property disputes, contracts, family law, and other legal issues.
- Assist in navigating government procedures such as NIT, city survey, and revenue department matters.
- Maintain accurate records of case files, correspondence, and legal documents.
- Bachelor\'s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Admission to the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on civil and criminal cases.
- Proven experience in handling cases before the District Court of Nagpur.
- Proficiency in drafting legal documents and conducting legal research.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with government procedures and regulations related to NIT, city survey, and revenue department affairs is preferred.
- Availability to work minimum 3-4 hours per day at our office location in Nagpur.
