Draft, review, and organize agreements, MOUs, vendor contracts, NDAs, and lease documents.
Maintain a repository of executed contracts and ensure timely renewals.
Legal Support
Assist in preparing replies to legal notices and communications.
Coordinate with external counsel for litigation, case filings, and hearings.
Maintain case records, court dates, and legal correspondence.
Compliance & Risk
Help ensure compliance with applicable laws, healthcare regulations, and hospital licensing requirements.
Support in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.
Research & Reporting
Conduct legal research on applicable healthcare laws, labor laws, and corporate regulations.
Prepare summaries, legal briefs, and reports for management review.
Coordination
Liaise with internal departments (HR, Operations, Procurement, Admin) for legal documentation needs.
Follow up with external agencies, law firms, and authorities as needed.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized university. & Any qualification are preferred
1-3 years of experience as a Legal Assistant, Law Associate, or in a corporate legal department.
Experience in healthcare, hospitals, or corporate environments preferred.
Knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory compliance.
Skills Required
Strong drafting and documentation skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
Proficiency in MS Office and legal documentation software.
Male candidates are preferred.
