Handle legal documentation and compliance related to
government tenders
, RFPs, and contract negotiations.
Ensure all agreements comply with legal and regulatory standards applicable to the Facility Management industry.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments for agreement execution and dispute resolution if required.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
1 to 4 years of experience handling corporate legal matters, preferably in facility management or a related sector.
Strong understanding of tender processes, contract management, and regulatory compliance.
Excellent drafting, communication, and negotiation skills.
Drafting of affidavits,
2 Should have knowledge of court procedure and be able to act as a nodal officer in the court matters.
Contract law & Labour Laws
Ability to work independently with attention to detail and legal precision.
