JOB DESCRIPTION: -1.Assisting and counseling the directors in all legal matters.2.Creating a process for all legal matters concerning SME and MSME business.3.Lesioning with the several external legal fraternity and making several tie-ups on behalf of the company.4.Handling end-to-end activities related to legal.5.Drafting and vetting of various agreements for the internal and external stakeholdersJob Type: Internship
