Role Description

The Laundry Supervisor will oversee daily laundry operations, manage linen handling, monitor the quality of laundry services, ensure compliance with cleanliness standards, and manage a team of laundry staff. Additional responsibilities include inventory management of linens, addressing maintenance issues, and implementing efficient laundry procedures to optimize productivity and quality.

Qualifications

Strong Supervisory Skills to manage and lead a team effectively Proficiency in Laundry Services and handling Linens Effective Communication skills for coordinating with staff and other departments Experience and understanding of laundry operations in a large-scale facility Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high cleanliness and hygiene standards Ability to organize and maintain inventory records efficiently Previous experience in a similar role is preferred High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in laundry or hospitality management are a plus

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
