Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Laundry Attendant to join our team. The Laundry Attendant is responsible for ensuring all laundry items--including linens, uniforms, towels, and guest clothing--are cleaned, folded, and stored properly in a timely and efficient manner. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, knowledge of laundry procedures, and a commitment to maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron clothing, linens, and other textiles. Operate commercial laundry equipment (washers, dryers, steamers, presses, etc.). Identify and treat stains on clothing and linens. Keep laundry area clean and organized at all times. Ensure proper handling of laundry chemicals and safety standards. Monitor inventory of laundry supplies and report shortages. Inspect laundry for damage or excessive wear and report items needing replacement. Maintain records of laundry loads and service completed, if required. Deliver cleaned items to the appropriate departments or storage locations. Follow company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a laundry or housekeeping role is an advantage. Familiarity with industrial laundry equipment and cleaning detergents. Ability to lift, push, and pull laundry loads up to [X] lbs. Attention to detail and time management skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹11,000.00 per month
