STITCHING EXPERT AND LINGERIE SALES REPRESENTATIVE We are a renowned bra factory based in Delhi and we are seeking a talented and skilled girl who possesses expertise in stitching garments. In addition to stitching responsibilities, the ideal candidate will also be responsible for representing our brand and assisting with sales in the lingerie department. We are looking for a self-motivated individual who can contribute to our team\'s success by providing high-quality stitching work and delivering exceptional customer service. Responsibilities:

• Perform stitching and sewing tasks to create high-quality bras according to established standards and guidelines.
• Operate industrial sewing machines, sergers, and other equipment efficiently and safely.
• Ensure accurate measurements, cutting, and shaping of fabric to create well-fitted bras.
• Maintain an organized and clean workstation to ensure a safe working environment.
• Inspect finished bras for quality assurance, identifying and addressing any defects or errors.
• Collaborate with the design team to understand and follow pattern specifications.
• Assist customers in the lingerie department, providing personalized assistance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Utilize product knowledge to provide guidance and recommendations to customers, helping them make informed purchase decisions.
• Maintain knowledge of current fashion trends and industry developments related to lingerie.
• Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance stitching skills and sales techniques.

Further Requirements:

• Proven experience and expertise in garment stitching, specifically in the lingerie sector.
• Proficiency in operating industrial sewing machines, sergers, and related equipment.
• Strong knowledge of stitching techniques, patterns, and fabric types used in bra manufacturing.
• Attention to detail and a high level of precision in cutting, shaping, and stitching fabric.
• Good understanding of garment construction and fitting principles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to upsell and cross-sell lingerie products.
• A friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Well-groomed appearance and presentable attire, as this role involves representing our brand.
