Job Description

1. Receiving the hostel joining application approved by the concerned authorities and planning for allotment of rooms to the concerned employees.
2. Monitoring the work load of housekeeping employees and ensuring housekeeping and cleaning of the Hostel.
3. Ensuring that no undisciplined activities takes place in the hostels and maintain as a disciplined campus.
4. Ensure safety and security of all boarders at all times and maintenance of discipline in and around the Hostel.
5. Responsible for maintenance of the hostel, no damage to the hostel furniture and fittings and timely repair.
6. Based on direction from HR department, performing local labour canvas for fulfilling the hostel strength.
7. Oversees the quality of food served in the hostels.
8. Looks into the grievances/complaints of the employees with mother care approach if found genuine.
9. Arranges for first-aid in case of any emergency and arrange for hospitalization of employees, if required.
10. Collect the filled up form and hence maintain a record of the absence of the employees from the campus.
11. Communicate any hostel related problems to HR Manager for getting solutions and achieving the targets.
