Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the laboratory. Conduct quality checks of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products (Atta, millets, etc.). Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO, and HACCP standards. Maintain records of all tests, inspections, and audits. Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for lab activities. Coordinate with production and procurement teams to ensure quality benchmarks. Calibration and maintenance of lab equipment. Handle third-party lab coordination when required. Train junior lab staff and ensure continuous improvement in lab practices.
