Roles & Responsibilities:

Responding to client support requests.
Contacting clients to find out the nature of the problem.
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.
Advising on software or hardware upgrades.
Providing basic training in computer operation and management.
Generate IT reports
Should be familiar with vendor escalations on IT services
Completing job reports and ordering supplies.
Responsible for the installation and configuration of new software and hardware,
Responsible for Installation of Engineering application software's such cad/staadpro
Plan for necessary hardware or software upgrades to support system growth.
Manage user accounts and IT assets
Provide support with help desk requests.
Mentor and educate users on technical issues related desktop and Laptops
Deliver end to end technical and user support issues across all platforms. (LAN/WAN/Windows)
Act as an escalation point for network and system related issues.
