Title IExperience Requirement IProject Experience L2 Engineer 4-5 years\' experience Troubleshoot and Narrow Down Issues related to Applicat ion issues BE I B Tech degree in Coordinate with respective functional Computer Science or related teams for Resolution field Escalate to Manager as per the Guidelines 8 Years Create and Share the Necessary documents for issue resolution Update Diploma in Electronics & records, checklists etc., Computer Science or related Upgrade of software, Performance field tuning, SLA management, Audit compliances, Security compliances
- Fix the Application related issues
- Escalate to senior management and support teams
- DYCIMP related compliances
- Work with team members for understanding their needs and guide
- Work with other IT teams for services requests and operations support
- Coordinate with stakeholders for resolution
- Basic troubleshooting skills on N/w , infra
- Coordinate with next levels for quick resolution of the issues
- Need to adhere to the time lines and SLAs strictly on edge device calls.
