To Provides consultative services to the business units such as mentoring, L&OD Methodologies, Approach (Like 70.20.10) etc.
To Prepares budgetary recommendations which meets the goals of L&OD in line with company needs.
To Collaborates with unit HR to ensure the application of LMS, processes & practices in a standardized way and also supervise them.
To focus on aligning organizations with their rapidly changing & complex environments by organizational learning, knowledge management, & transformation of organizational culture from learning & development.
Success Parameter
1. Delivering the L&D Timelines as per annual calendar and ensuring compliance with training and development regulations and requirements.
2. Adherence to training programs within approved budgets and action plan
3. Ensure training effectiveness as per defined model and parameters as per company needs.
4. Develop and deliver Career Development Programs for the Top talent of the company
5. Develop and deliver E-Learning Programs with identified service providers, competency improvement, key development interventions.
6. Design and deploy L&D strategy in line with business strategy
