Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Wash and sanitize all kitchen utensils, pots, pans, dishes, and service ware. Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, floors, walls, and storage areas. Support chefs and service staff by providing clean tools and utensils during operations. Ensure dishwashing areas are clean and organized at all times. Assist in waste segregation and proper garbage disposal as per hygiene norms. Monitor and report any equipment malfunction or safety hazard. Handle cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and as per training/SOP. Support banquet setups by ensuring necessary crockery and cutlery are clean and available. Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation procedures as per FSSAI and company guidelines. Assist in deep-cleaning tasks during kitchen downtime or scheduled maintenance.

Requirements:

Minimum 10th standard pass or equivalent. 1-2 years of experience in kitchen stewarding or hospitality housekeeping preferred (Freshers may also apply). Physically fit and able to handle manual work in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of hygiene and safety standards in kitchen environments. Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
