Job Description

Wash, sanitize, and store all dishes, utensils, and kitchenware. Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, floors, and surfaces. Manage and dispose of trash and recycling according to standards. Assist cooks and servers as needed, sometimes with light prep or serving. Report maintenance issues or hazards Direct and coordinate daily stewarding operations and staff. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation levels in all BOH (Back of House) areas. Manage inventory of kitchenware, supplies, and cleaning chemicals. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food safety regulations. Assist with banquet setup, equipment movement, and stock-taking.
