ead and interpret Kitchen Order Tickets (manual or POS-generated) accurately.
Clearly communicate food orders, special instructions, and modifications to the kitchen staff.
Coordinate with service staff (captains/waiters) to clarify any unclear or incorrect orders.
Ensure orders are prepared in the correct sequence and priority.
Monitor preparation time and update service staff on delays, if any.
Verify completed orders against KOTs before dispatch.
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the KOT counter.
Assist in reducing order errors and wastage.
Follow restaurant hygiene, safety, and SOP guidelines.
