Job Responsibilities

Provide real-time interpretation during meetings, discussions, and shop-floor interactions between Korean and local employees.

Translate technical documents, reports, and communication materials with clarity and precision.

Accurately convey tone, intent, and context of Korean speakers while maintaining professional neutrality.

Support coordination and daily communication between Korean expatriates and local teams.

Uphold confidentiality, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity at all times.

Assist with written translations for emails, instructions, and operational documents when required.

Mandatory Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Korean Language, Translation, Linguistics, or a related discipline.

Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in translation or interpretation, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.

Strong command of Korean and English/Hindi (both verbal and written).

Familiarity with technical or production-related terminology (training support available).

Ability to interpret meaning and tone beyond literal translation.

Demonstrated professionalism, composure, and adaptability in multicultural environments.
