What you will do

Senior Sourcing Ananlyst: Experience 3 - 5 years

• Monitor and research trends in the industry as well as \xe2\x80\x9cBest Practices\xe2\x80\x9d and pursue and adopt these as appropriate for

assigned commodity area. * Solicits bids, leads auctions, negotiates with suppliers, makes recommendations, qualifies and contractswith new vendor

• Manage internal customer relationships by leading cross functional sub-category teams, developing deep category

knowledge and to aggressively track and improve noncompliance with preferred supplier(s) * Maintain good level of public relations with outside suppliers as well as a strong partnership with internal stakeholders

• Manage and optimize functional sourcing support activities while ensuring adherence to client\xe2\x80\x99scorporate standards.
• Draft and/or evaluate scorecards. Conduct complex supplier\xe2\x80\x99s performance validation events and drive improvement

initiatives

Sourcing Lead/ Senior Sourcing Lead: 5 - 10 years

• Execute Complex and strategic sourcing projects of categories/sub-categories to include translating business

requirements into clear statements of Work, solicits bids, leads auctions. * Should prepare negotiation scripts and negotiate with suppliers, makes recommendations, helps on-board, qualifies

and contracts with new vendor and ensures compliance. * Demonstrated ability to apply and translate business expertise to breakthrough thinking that significantly impacts

the client\'slong-term strategic position,thought leaders. * Manage and optimize functional sourcing support activities while ensuring adherence to client\'s corporate standards.

Provide necessary information input to enablement group * Engage with internal & external business partners to ensure that decisions are based on the broad scope of the

organization and achieve optimum daily execution * Manage project allocation, support team members during kick off meeting and share best practices

• Monitoring performance satisfaction, ensuring all SLAs accountable for are met and drive continuous improvement

initiatives, participate in recruitments.
