Qualification: Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate (Preferably throughout English-Medium)
Experience: 0 to 5 years
Location: Navrangpura, Ahmedabad - Work from Office/Hybrid | Remote
Work Time: US Business Hours (i.e., your shift may end by 4:30 AM or 5:30 AM IST)
Work Day / Hours: 5 days week - 45 hours a week (This is an office job. WFH on some days may be possible as per shift timing)

We are hiring a Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and complaints through Voice Calls and Emails using different portals. Good verbal and written communication skills are requisite! Must Have:
  • Excellent English communication skills - Both verbal and written
  • Willing to work in US shift
  • People requesting Remote Working should be ready to come to Ahmedabad Office for 2 months to be trained.
  • Looking for long-term association therefore must be ready for 18 months of commitment period with the company
Responsibilities:
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Communicating with customers through Email/Voice Calls.
  • Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
  • Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
  • Knowing the workflow inside and out so that you can answer questions.
  • Processing orders, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
