Join GlobalLogic, to be a valid part of the team working on a huge software project for the world-class company providing M2M / IoT 4G/5G modules e.g. to the automotive, healthcare and logistics industries. Through our engagement, we contribute to our customer in developing the end-user modules\xe2\x80\x99 firmware, implementing new features, maintaining compatibility with the newest telecommunication and industry standards, as well as performing analysis and estimations of the customer requirements.

Position Summary

The Knowledge Manager role functions as a specialized resource within the Professional Services and Support organizations dedicated to managing product related configuration and troubleshooting knowledge processes, programs and resources for internal and external consumption. The Knowledge Manager interfaces with the Product, Development and Customer Success organizations to create and convey knowledge around new and
existing functionality, installation and troubleshooting for the Calabrio suite of software. This position is considered a critical role in creating an environment of proactive, preventative programs and actions to improve Calabrio Professional Services and Support Services and to drive Customer Success.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION

\xe2\x80\x93 Four-year technical degree or business/ related or management focus
\xe2\x80\x93 3+ years creating, managing, maintaining and supporting the knowledge management process and knowledge bases.
\xe2\x80\x93 Strong background in content design and CMS management (Salesforce or Confluence experience a plus)
\xe2\x80\x93 Experience in establishing effective partnerships within and outside the organization.

Job Responsibilities:

\xe2\x80\x93 Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
\xe2\x80\x93 Capture and distill experience and insight for reuse to improve performance
\xe2\x80\x93 Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning
\xe2\x80\x93 Facilitate knowledge transfer sessions
\xe2\x80\x93 Provide internal training and consulting on KM concepts and methodologies
\xe2\x80\x93 Planning, development, stand up, support, and promotion of the Customer Success knowledge base(s).
\xe2\x80\x93 Dissemination of information about the organization\xe2\x80\x99s knowledge sharing program to internal and external audiences, maintaining communications on knowledge sharing across the organization, participation in orientation and training sessions, and preparation of brochures/presentations
