The CNS Cloud & Cognitive business unit supports and operates communication service providers\xe2\x80\x99 (CSP) and enterprise networks. This includes network infrastructure services and professional services for mobile networks and managed operations for fixed, mobile, IP and optical domains. This team is the bridge between business development, presales, solutioning and delivery teams and helps in deal management/assurance of most crucial deals for CNS Cloud and Cognitive (CCS) business unit.
What you will learn and contribute to Knowledge Manager plays a Vital role in developing skills , improving usage of exisiting resources for reducung MTTR during outages . Key deliverables are as mentioned below Are you passionate about solving problems\xe2\x80\xa6 You will\xe2\x80\xa6

  • Collaborate with business, functional partners and technology leadership in defining the overall Knowledge mgmt. \xe2\x80\x93 content creation and strategy
  • Enough tech knowledge to challenge stakeholders to design the tools and functionality for better adoption
  • Design and define the roadmap for a self-evolving knowledge management space including the measuring impact KPI\xe2\x80\x99s.
  • Govern the Management of competence within the team .
  • Put in place strategy for managing knowledge of existing and exiting employee.
  • Work at engineer level to inculcate the use of Knowledge Management tool.
  • Work on improving the quality and use of KA
  • Own the documentation of processes and policies
  • Promote knowledge capture and reuse through operational and business processes
  • Facilitate Knowledge Management strategic planning and knowledge transfer sessions
  • Plan, develop, stand up, support, and promote collaborative tools and techniques such as communities of practice to facilitate sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners
  • Monitor, track and record the progress and completion of training to ensure team members are properly equipped to perform successfully in their roles

Your skills and experience Apply if you have \xe2\x80\xa6
  • Experience of 12 to 15 years of Telecom Experience. Previous experience as a Knowledge / Competence Manager or Lead. Should be aware of End-to-End Lifecycle of Knowledge Management as per ITIL Framework.
  • Education Qualification of B.E/BTech
