Kitchen operations:
Ensure smooth daily operations, oversee food preparation and cooking to meet quality and presentation standards, and manage production schedules.
Quality and safety:
Uphold strict sanitation, hygiene, and food safety standards in compliance with health codes and regulations.
Inventory and supplies:
Manage inventory levels, ensure proper food storage and rotation, and place orders for food and kitchen supplies.
Maintenance:
Ensure kitchen equipment is clean, in good working order, and maintained according to standards.
