As a Kitchen Supervisor you will be responsible for: Assisting with the preparation and serving of all meals and beverages to customers. Ensuring that the kitchen and service areas are clean and tidy. Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The Kitchen Supervisor will be an assistant to the Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine. They will ensure that all BOH processes and health codes are maintained and up to standard by coaching, delegating, and guiding the line kitchen staff.
