Responsibilities:
Menu Execution: Execute and oversee the preparation of PAN Asian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
Kitchen Management: Manage and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, timely food production, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
Staff Training: Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring they are well-versed in PAN Asian cooking techniques and safety protocols.
Adherence to Standards: Enforce kitchen policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to meet and exceed health department regulations.
