We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our culinary team as a Kitchen Supervisor specializing in PAN Asian cuisine. As a Kitchen Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing the day-to-day kitchen operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, hygiene, and efficiency. Responsibilities:
  • Menu Execution: Execute and oversee the preparation of PAN Asian dishes in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Kitchen Management: Manage and lead the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations, timely food production, and adherence to safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor and control inventory levels, minimizing waste and ensuring freshness of ingredients.
  • Staff Training: Train and develop kitchen staff, ensuring they are well-versed in PAN Asian cooking techniques and safety protocols.
  • Adherence to Standards: Enforce kitchen policies, procedures, and hygiene standards to meet and exceed health department regulations.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with other departments, such as front-of-house staff and management, to ensure seamless communication and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Problem Solving: Address and resolve kitchen-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Requirements:
  • Culinary Expertise: Proven experience in preparing and presenting PAN Asian dishes, with a strong understanding of diverse cooking techniques.
