Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate daily kitchen activities
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet restaurant standards
Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety (FSSAI standards)
Check raw material quality and proper storage (FIFO method)
Control food wastage and maintain portion standards
Assist Head Chef in menu execution and kitchen planning
Maintain discipline, attendance, and staff performance
Train kitchen staff on SOPs, hygiene, and safety procedures
Ensure timely food service during peak hours
Report equipment issues and maintenance needs
Maintain kitchen records (temperature logs, cleaning schedules, stock usage)

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
