Experience: Min 5-8 yrs exp as Kitchen Supervisor with fluency in Hindi.
Timing 12hrs including rest hours.
Responsibilities
KOT handling, Purchase, Staff uniform, and regular pest control
Managing the kitchen porters
Make sure the kitchen is a safe and hygienic place to work
Organizing the inventory, storage, and distribution of foodstuffs and supplies
Helping to plan menus, apportion ingredients, and use food surpluses
Salary: Rs. 25000 (depends on experience and qualification) + food and accommodation with statutory benefits.

Menu Assistance
: Assist with menu planning, development, and testing, considering food costs and special dietary needs.
Equipment Maintenance
: Ensure all kitchen equipment is in good working order and properly maintained.
