Oversee daily kitchen operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise kitchen staff, duty rosters, and work discipline.
Maintain food quality, presentation, and portion control as per standards.
Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, safety, and food safety norms (HACCP).
Coordinate with the Head Chef for menu execution and daily requirements.
Monitor stock levels, minimize wastage, and control food costs.
Ensure timely preparation and service of food during peak hours.
Train kitchen staff and maintain proper kitchen documentation.
Report operational issues and support management in kitchen efficiency.
