Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen areas.
Clean and sanitize all equipment, utensils, and surfaces.
Clean all floors, walls, switches, lights, and shelves.
Sweep and mop all floors regularly.
Clean under surfaces of tables, chillers, freezers, and ice makers.
Clean staff toilets regularly.
Remove fly killer trays daily, clean, and replace.
Change gas lines as required.
Clean outdoor areas, including seating and surrounding zones.
Remove garbage bins and ensure proper waste disposal.
Support kitchen hood cleaning and maintenance activities.
Monitor and maintain kitchen supplies and equipment.
Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements
Previous experience in a kitchen stewarding, housekeeping, or cleaning role preferred.
Basic understanding of hygiene and sanitation standards.
Physically fit to perform cleaning and lifting tasks.
Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours, including weekends or holidays.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
