Job Description

assisting with food prep (chopping, measuring), cooking under chef guidance, maintaining strict food safety/hygiene, cleaning workstations/equipment, managing inventory (restocking, storing), and collaborating with the team for smooth service, ensuring high-quality, presentable food delivery. Key duties include prep, cooking, sanitation, dishwashing, waste disposal, and inventory checks, reporting to the Head Chef.

Key Responsibilities:

Food Preparation:

Washing, chopping, slicing, portioning ingredients; preparing salads, desserts, and garnishes.

Cooking Assistance:

Following recipes, monitoring cooking times, ensuring dishes meet quality standards.

Hygiene & Sanitation:

Keeping work areas, utensils, equipment clean; mopping floors, taking out trash; adhering to health codes.

Inventory & Stock:

Receiving deliveries, storing food properly (labeling, refrigeration), monitoring stock, and restocking stations.

Teamwork:

Communicating with chefs, assisting other staff, ensuring timely service.

Equipment Use:

Operating and cleaning ovens, stovetops, grills, and dishwashers.

Pay: ₹10,086.00 - ₹28,124.59 per month
