Job Title: Kitchen Operations Manager Location: South Kolkata Salary Range: Up to 26,000 INR per month Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and morale. Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Operational Oversight: Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, plating, and presentation. Ensure that all dishes meet quality and safety standards.
- Inventory Management: Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain sufficient stock levels. Minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.
- Quality Control: Implement and maintain stringent quality control measures to uphold food safety and hygiene standards. Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with regulations.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with the culinary team to develop innovative and appealing menus that cater to the preferences of our customers while maximizing profitability.
- Cost Management: Control operating costs and maximize efficiency without compromising on quality. Identify opportunities for cost-saving measures and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Scheduling: Create and manage kitchen staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while optimizing labor costs.
- Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for kitchen staff to enhance their skills and knowledge. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and excellence.
- Customer Satisfaction: Work closely with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless coordination and exceptional service delivery. Address customer feedback and complaints promptly and effectively.
