Help chefs during cooking by handing tools, ingredients, and utensils.
Maintain cleanliness of workstations.
Arrange & restock ingredients during service.
3. Cleaning & Hygiene
Wash utensils, dishes, and kitchen equipment.
Clean floors, counters, and storage areas.
Follow all food safety and hygiene standards.
4. Storage & Inventory Assistance
Put away deliveries and organize storage areas.
Check for expired or spoiled items.
Label items with date and name as per SOPs.
5. Equipment Handling
Operate basic kitchen tools safely (cutters, mixers, ovens, etc.).
Report any equipment damage or malfunction immediately.
6. Waste Management
Dispose of kitchen waste responsibly.
Maintain dry and wet waste separation.
Keep the kitchen clutter-free.
7. Support During Rush Hours
Help chefs during peak times for faster service.
Assist in plating and packing if required.
8. Teamwork & Discipline
Follow instructions from the Chef/Manager.
Maintain punctuality & cleanliness.
Support kitchen operations smoothly.
